The training was held from 2nd to 4th of December 2008 at Safari Park Hotel. Sixty (60) Directors from
various Insurance Companies attended the training.
The main objective of the course was to enable the directors of insurance companies to:

Corporate Social Responsibilities and the role of the Board in setting corporate governance

The role of directors in strategic Human Resource and in motivation
A case study on Human Resources Dynamics and the Board dynamics was given to directors for analysis. An interactive session followed where each group presented its analysis to the presenters. At the end of the training, the Directors were requested to be more aware of the environmental dynamics and to be adaptive to change.
